UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Manual QA Specialist to join our IT Delivery team.

 Technical skills:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Manual QA Specialist
• Understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
• Ability to analyze requirements and prepare test plans and scenarios
• Experience in web and/or mobile testing (Android and/or iOS)
• Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum and/or Kanban)

Personal skills:

• High motivation to improve the quality of products through manual testing
• High reliability, assertiveness, goal oriented and focused on results
• Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communicational skills and ability to cooperate with teams
• Conflict management, stress-resilience and flexibility
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban and Agile methodologies will be considered as an advantages
• Good command of English
