Manufacturing Engineer


Responsibilities:
o   Ensuring the consistency of the manufacturing dossier and all tools, documents and processes linked to it in collaboration with French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers;
o   Dealing with blocking jobs from production;
o   Creating job order linked to design office solution (repair, rework);
o   Guaranteeing the consistency of the manufacturing dossier in collaboration with French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers;
o   Transmitting and explaining technical instructions linked to the manufacturing dossier, to production operators;
o   Ensuring a daily support of all departments (production, industrial department and program) for technical aspects;
o   Ensuring the treatment of the Q/R (Question and Answer) realized by the production, transmitting all Questions to the French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers when it is relevant;
o   Ensuring the optimization and improvement of the working methods and tools in
o   collaboration with French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers;
o   Reporting to his hierarchy or to French/Czech/Bulgarian manufacturing engineers the issues and dysfunctions encountered (and proposing the solutions he foresees).

Requirements: 
o   University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or similar;
o   Experience with technical documentation and 2D technical drawings;
o   Experience with variety of drilling and reaming tools for manual use
o   Experience in mechanical assembly and operational support on assembly workshop;
o   Experience with SAP or similar ERP system will be considered as a strong advantage;
o   Experience with 3D software, Catia or similar software will be considered as an advantage. 
o   Familiar with Microsoft office (Excel, Word);
o   English language is mandatory;
o   Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision; 
o   Excellent and proven communication skills and ability to establish rapport and sound relationships within and outside the company;
o   Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
o   Proactive problem solver;
o   A dynamic performer; 
o   Willing to learn;
o   Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting;
o   Flexibility regarding the working shifts if necessary (early, day and late shift).
