For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Medical and Social Support Advisor with Dutch.

*Be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls about payments, billing, and service updates;
*Process requests to update customer account information efficiently and accurately;
*Ensure smooth handling of payment transactions and related inquiries;
*Support important social and healthcare programs, making a real difference in peoples lives;
*Deliver friendly, professional, and precise customer service every day.

*Fluent in Dutch with strong English communication skills;
*A basic understanding of social or healthcare services is a bonus;
*Careful and detail-oriented when handling written requests;
*Motivated, eager to learn, and committed to excellent customer service;
*Positive, proactive, and ready to make a meaningful impact.
