As a SharePoint specialist, you will be tasked with leveraging your expertise to streamline collaboration, enhance document management, and optimize workflows within the SharePoint environment.

Your daily routine would include: 

• Consulting, designing, and implementing SharePoint OnPrem, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business projects;
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions to maximize value;
• End-to-end responsibility for technical services;
• On-call duty and maintenance tasks outside of regular working hours;
• Maintain direct communication with customers and internal departments;
• Proactively focus on automation and active problem management to improve stability;
• Collaborate with internal departments and operational countries (OpCos) on service optimization, change/release management, problem management, and innovation management;
• Responsible for documenting activities and maintaining necessary KPIs;
• Continuous training and knowledge transfer on current technologies and processes.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• A minimum of 1 year within the company;
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Server & Online products, specializing in SharePoint Server, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server;
• Proficient in SharePoint OnPrem, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Office Online Server, and MS Teams;
• Strong scripting and programming skills, particularly in Powershell and Graph API;
• Structured and self-organized approach to work;
• Analytical mindset with a proactive attitude towards process improvement;
• Confidence and professionalism in customer interactions, with excellent communication and service-oriented demeanor;
• Fluent in spoken and written English; German language proficiency is a plus.
