Your daily routine would include:

• Designing and implementing new features end-to-end within a cross-functional squad, following design patterns and good practices;
• Building solutions using modern technologies and the latest versions of libraries and frameworks;
• Investigating and fixing bugs in existing features across backend services;
• Participating in code reviews — both giving and receiving constructive feedback;
• Designing and maintaining database schemas while ensuring data integrity across changes.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Solid experience with .NET (2+ years);
• Hands-on knowledge of C# ORMs and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL or other);
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, CQRS, and common design patterns;
• Experience with message brokers — RabbitMQ or similar;
• Experience with distributed caching and distributed locking strategies;
• Comfort working in a microservices environment;
• Fluent English – written and spoken;
• Communication skills — you can clearly explain what you're working on and raise concerns without being asked;
• A proactive mindset — you look ahead, spot issues early, and move things forward without waiting to be told.

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization — Docker and/or Kubernetes;
• Working with Single-page applications (React is preferred).
