Sigmaref SRLU, part of an Italian company – a leader in the production of specialized refractory products for the glass industry, is looking for an Office assistant for the Sales and Production Departments.

The position is suitable for organized and responsible candidate with excellent communication and administrative skills, ready to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Preparation of commercial offers and responses to customer inquiries

• Post-sales support and ongoing communication with clients

• Maintaining office documentation and working with internal database systems

• Issuing supplier orders for materials and services when required

• Supporting the teams with daily administrative and organizational tasks according to the needs of the Sales and Production departments

 

• Good computer literacy and MS Office skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Education in Economics or Business Administration – considered an advantage
• Previous administrative or office experience – considered an advantage

•  13.5 salaries per year 
•  8-hour working day /Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00/
