For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Online Store Support Executive
with Danish or Dutch or Portuguese with English.
*Provide professional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
*Handle order management tasks such as processing returns, refunds, and tracking shipments;
*Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases as needed;
*Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, tech) to resolve customer issues efficiently;
*Assist with the creation and management of reports related to customer service activities;
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following company procedures and service standards.
*Fluency in Danish, Dutch or Portuguese and strong command of English (written and spoken);
*Previous experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
*Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
*Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools;
*Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
