For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Online Store Support Executive with Turkish or English or Finnish or Slovak.
*Provide high-quality customer support via email, chat, and phone;
*Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting;
*Handle returns, refunds, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner;
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
*Excellent written and spoken skills in Turkish, English, Finnish or Slovak;
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills;
*Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or retail is an advantage;
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure;
*Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms.
