Operations Specialist


What You’ll Be Doing:

Keeping all departments in sync to ensure smooth and seamless operations;
Monitoring and optimizing import/export processes to keep things running like clockwork;
Managing supply chain and international trade workflows through ERP software;
Overseeing logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment on a global scale;
Introducing innovative systems and processes to boost efficiency and cut costs;
Making sure they stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies;
Creating insightful reports and documentation to support key business decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical and operations management skills;
Excellent communication and coordination abilities;
Experience in handling operational tasks and logistics;
A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Proficiency in English;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
