For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Part-time Support
Specialist with German or French or Turkish or English.
*Provide first-line support to customers via email, chat, or phone;
*Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users with simple solutions;
*Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions;
*Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication;
*Follow internal procedures and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
*Fluency in German or French, or Turkish, or English;
*Previous experience in customer support is a plus;
*Basic technical understanding (e.g. common software, browsers, email clients);
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
*Availability for flexible part-time shifts, including evenings or weekends.
