Job description
Our company is looking for a responsible and motivated professional to join our team in the position of Pharmaceutical Market Access Specialist.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Market Access Specialist to develop and implement commercial and market access of products of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and establishing successful partnerships with healthcare institutions and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market access strategies for pharmaceutical products.
• Communicate and collaborate with partners, regulatory authorities, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to market authorization, pricing, reimbursement, and placing on the market.
• Monitor regulatory and market trends impacting product access.
• Conduct analysis, assessments, and provide recommendations to enhance product positioning.
• Support activities related to public procurement and institutional negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with national and EU regulatory frameworks.


Requirements:
• Education: University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, ability to work with data, and strategic thinking.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required.
• IT Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office and experience with data analysis tools.
