Role Overview:

The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, to streamline business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed automation solutions within an agile environment.

Role insights:

• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Create custom Power Apps for internal and external business users.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and other Microsoft ecosystem services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects during development, hypercare, and operational phases.
• Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.

What makes you unique:

• 2+ years of experience developing workflows with Power Automate Cloud & Desktop.
• Good understanding of SharePoint Online, connectors, triggers, expressions, and API calls.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment management, and DLP policies.
• Ability to translate business processes into structured automation logic.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum).
