What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for customers reporting insurance claims;
• Review, assess, and process claims in line with company policies and procedures;
• Gather relevant information by communicating with customers and other involved parties;
• Evaluate coverage and determine claim outcomes based on available documentation;
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, brokers, claimants, and third parties throughout the claims process;
• Ensure all claim records are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Greek (C1) and English (B2) proficiency;
• Previous experience in Customer Support or a customer-facing role;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
