On behalf of our trusted client, we are seeking to hire a PROCESS ENGINEER /Knowledge of Lean management/
• Participate in Lean and A3 projects to improve manufacturing processes;
• Optimize workflows and production layouts;
• Support recovery planning and process stabilization during disruptions;
• Train and coach colleagues on Lean tools and practices;
• Work with data and KPIs to track and evaluate performance.
• Previous experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience with A3 methodology
• University degree in engineering or a related manufacturing field
- Excellent salary
- Home office: Up to 2 days/month if needed
- Transport: Organized transport
- Relocation support: Up to 300 BGN/month for the first 6 months
