We are seeking a skilled and personable professional to join our team in the role of: Production Controller.

Responsibilities:

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the production operations;
Analyze production costs and monitor variances;
Prepare and review weekly reports for production-related activities, KPI statistics;
Collaborate with production teams to understand deviations in consummation and production costs, including direct and indirect labor, materials, and overhead;
Assist in the preparation of business cases for capital expenditure and production investments;
Partner with other departments, such as procurement and supply chain, to align financial goals and operational performance;
Lead the organization and coordination of year-end inventories and during the year;

Requirements:

University degree in Finance; Accounting or related fields;
Strong background in accounting role, advantage is experience in a manufacturing unit;
Excellent proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP;
English in good working level;
Proactivity and initiative person with analytical thinking and precision;
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
High attention to details, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem solving, collaborative and ethics;
