We are looking for a Production Manager.

The main purpose of the role:

Organizes and guides their team to ensure the efficient running of the production processes in the productions entrusted to him, ensuring compliance with safety and work rules, technically efficient operation of equipment, compliance with technological parameters, implementation of the set production program, and ensures that the team complies with all the requirements of the labor code and applicable regulations and internal rules.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages, organizes, and controls the production process to maximize quality at minimum cost OR Monitors and analyses the costs of the operations to;
Regularly reviews the results and performance of subordinate departments with the team to improve performance, implementing corrective action with the team if a performance indicator deteriorates;
Initiates and justifies the creation of projects (organizational and technical) for the company's development prospects, increasing efficiency in production, staff selection, and improving working and safety conditions, together with the technical team or independently;
Ensures the proper and efficient operation of production facilities by coordinating with the Planning Department on long-term production plans, line capacities, and their utilization;
Monitors the efficient and quality work of manufacturing workers, being responsible for their proper and continuous engagement;
Monitors technical and organizational innovations both in the market and with competitors;
Responsible for subordinate team development - regular feedback from team leaders to their team, timely performance review, execution of set development plans on the different layers in the team;
Ensures compliance with all internal company documents concerning the quality of production and the raw materials and compliance with all national standardization requirements related to the production process;

Required skills:

Minimum of 5 years as a production supervisor or a related activity;
Master`s Degree, advance in the field of Technical Education;
Experience in managing multiple simultaneous improvement projects and project teams;
Leadership and mentoring skills;
Proficiency in English – B2/C1;
Excellent knowledge of the nomenclature and technical characteristics of the production, the services offered, and the organization of the warehouse;
Knowledge of the construction and technological documentation;
Analytical personality;
