For one of our trusted and fast developing clients we are seeking an experienced professional to joing their team as CNC Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine production, including milling, grinding, and lathe operations. This role requires expertise in reading and understanding technical drawings, conducting functional tests , and working with CNC controllers.

As a Team Lead, the apointee will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards, while leading and mentoring a team of skilled machinists and operators.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and coordinate the production team, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting production targets.
✅ Operate and supervise CNC machining processes, including milling, grinding, lathe work, and other CNC operations.
✅ Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precision manufacturing.
✅ Conduct and oversee functional testing (including oil and other performance tests) to verify product quality.
✅ Work with Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain machine tools & controllers, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes.
✅ Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
✅ Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mchince construction, preferably CNC
✔ Very good English language – written and spoken.
✔ Prior team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
✔ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
✔ Experience conducting functional, oil, and other tests on machined components.
✔ In-depth knowledge of CNC controllers.
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔ Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
