I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Develop and complete test plans and test scripts for new and existing game themes and operating systems. 

• Submit and supervise any product issues found during testing to ensure that they are resolved. 

• Provide mentorship to the project status report for each assigned project. 

• Reproduce issues when vital in order to assist software development in resolving issues.  

• Provide feedback for continuous test improvement. 

• Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in a bug tracker in English. 

• Maintain clear communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached. 

• Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing assignments and initiatives.  

• Provide timely progress reports and seek mentorship as needed to ensure efficient workflow. 

• Attend & chip in to team huddles, meetings & ad hoc meetings when required. 

• Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and interpersonal goals. 

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP 

• In their everyday work, the Software Testing Specialist / QA Engineer reports to an outstanding superior or the Managing Director of the Company. This depends on the approved Company’s interpersonal chart.  

• Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside the organization.  

III. REQUIREMENTS 

• Experience working as a QA specialist/Engineer on a Client-Server product  

• Ability to meet quick deadlines and deliver detailed, effective results in a fast-paced work environment  

• QA Methodology, planning and execution experience as well as defect managing experience.  

• Version controlling experience  

• Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills  

• Understand basics of web based Mobile testing and adaptable compatibility testing across various platforms (Android/iOS). 

• Experience working with Fiddler or any network sniffer/tracing program  

• Basic knowledge of the gaming & Casino industry 

• Technical knowledge of the following: 

• MY/SQL 

• HTML5 

• XML/JSON 

• JavaScript 

• Fluency in English
