New Career holds a recruitment license № 3310/28.03.2022.
Leads and performs internal control of raw materials, components, and products, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Monitor compliance with documentation, manage non-conforming products, and oversee the production process.
Conducts visual and dimensional inspections, prepares reports, and maintains records in the SAP system.
Analyze and address the root causes of defective products, proposing improvements.
Knows and applies the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
Maintain a register of control equipment and conduct internal audits.
Collaborates with colleagues from Turkey and Germany on more serious technical issues.
Represent the company in matters related to quality with external institutions.
Higher technical education with a relevant specialty for the production specifics.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH.
Very good computer literacy, including SAP.
Teamwork skills and the ability to manage people.
