For one of our clients – a fast-growing real estate investment company – we are looking for a
Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join their on-site team in Sofia. If you're driven,
resourceful and have a solid track record in property sales and market research – this might be
your next big move!
*Identify and evaluate residential properties for purchase – particularly new or soon-to-be-
permitted apartment projects;
*Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents and developers;
*Conduct market analysis and due diligence to support strategic acquisition decisions;
*Navigate the entire purchase process with confidence and independence.
*Background as a real estate agent or broker;
*Proven experience buying/selling apartments in Sofia;
*Deep knowledge of real estate regulations, permits and transaction processes;
*Strong sales skills and a self-driven attitude;
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
*Excellent level of English (both spoken and written).
*Excellent remuneration, reflecting your experience and performance;
*Regular working hours (Monday – Friday, 9AM/6PM);
