Recruitment Expert

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team and contribute to the full recruitment cycle. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding, this opportunity is for you.

MAIN CHALLENGES:

• Organise the recruitment and selection process for new employees
• Communicates with candidates, schedules interviews, prepares interview timetable, provides feedback on selection results
• Organises and conducts various types of tests with job candidates
• Responsible for the maintenance of a database with information on candidates
• Participates in career forums and employer brand development initiatives
• Prepares periodic reports and analyses

THE SUCCESSFULCANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

• Graduate or final year student in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant field
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office)
• Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
