Role Operations Specialist (f/m/d) @ A1 Competence Delivery Center

Role Insights:

• Support access reviews, role & user clean-up, and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with IT security, audit, and business teams to ensure compliant access provisioning.
• Review user access management and role design processes.
• Participate in the design of business and application roles.
• Analyze task-based roles and manage the role catalogue within the IDM system.
• Manage the lifecycle of business roles and permissions.
• Handle end-user requests related to role assignments.
• Execute SOX controls in user access management.

What Makes You Unique:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of SoD concepts, access control, and IAM.
• Experience in role design and user access management (SAP & non-SAP systems).
• Good understanding of access, authorization processes, and role creation.
• Familiarity with SOX and audit requirements.
• Ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GRC tools.
• Knowledge of IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IDM SVG) for access reviews and automated provisioning.
