For one of our clients - a global powerhouse in B2B sales enablement, dedicated to revenue
expansion and digital progress by leveraging strategy, expertise, and modern technology, we
are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with Dutch or German and English (Hybrid).
*Validate and prepare revenue data for smooth client sign-off;
*Monitor sales, billing, and pipeline to spot and fix gaps;
*Keep CRM data clean and up to date for accurate forecasting;
*Resolve billing or invoicing issues with internal teams;
*Handle pricing and quoting tool requests quickly and efficiently;
*Track deals from start to finish, ensuring nothing gets stuck.
*Fluent in Dutch or German and English;
*Experience or interest in sales, customer service, or operations;
*Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics a plus);
*Strong communicator and team player;
*Quick problem-solver with an eye for detail
*Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
*Monday - Friday standard working hours, hybrid model;
