· Independent support for all existing applications and processes in SAP PPM with a focus on project management, its execution, and resource management (incl CATS integration)
· Support SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) dashboard integration (reporting)
· Act as inhouse consultant to improve our project portfolio management processes
· Serve as technical contact person for functional process managers
· Design test concepts and ensure sufficient testing in accordance with change management procedures
· Create, implement, and optimize technical solutions for new and existing SAP rollouts
· Collaborate on international SAP projects (rollout, release changes, etc.)
· Execute training courses and briefings for process managers
· Manage external consultants during new and existing project implementations
· Management of SAP projects as sub-project manager
· Act as third level support to analyze and eliminate malfunctions
· Expert knowledge in SAP PPM customizing
· Deep knowledge in the PPM business processes
· Deep knowledge in SAP mass data imports (lsmw…)
· Basic knowledge in SAP ABAP coding (debugging…)
· Basic knowledge in SAP frontend design (Web Dynpro ABAP)
· Basic knowledge in SAP workflow administration
· Several years of project or consulting experience on the corporate or service provider side in the area of SAP PPM
· Fluent English required. 3rd language German considered advantageous
· Excellent skills at MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
