A Segregation of Duties (SoD) Expert/Specialist is responsible for designing, monitoring, and enforcing SoD controls across SAP and non-SAP systems to minimize risk of fraud, error, and unauthorized activities. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Your daily routine would include:

• Develop and maintain SoD rulesets for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Perform SoD risk analysis, identify conflicting roles & SoD risks on user level.
• Support in implementing and ensuring harmonized Segregation of Duties (SoD) within A1Group.
• Support access reviews, role & user clean-up, and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with IT security, audit, and business teams to ensure compliant access provisioning.
• Document SoD frameworks and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Strong knowledge of SoD concepts, access control, and risk frameworks.
• Experience with SoD on SAP & non-SAP systems (e.g. Billing, Cashier, CRM systems etc.).
• Understanding of SOX and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in GRC tools.
• Experience with IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IDM SVG) for access review, SoD analysis, and automated provisioning.
