About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase our organic visibility, drive quality traffic, and improve search engine rankings across multiple platforms.

 
Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content strategy
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to implement fixes
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority
Collaborate with content writers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated
Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry tools
Track KPIs such as keyword rankings, traffic, bounce rate, and conversions
Report on SEO performance with clear, actionable insights

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO (2+ years preferred)
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and project management skills
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
