Your daily routine would include:

• Implementation of ITSM processes in ServiceNow in accordance with best practices (ITIL).
• Administration of all customer aspects on the ServiceNow platform.
• Performing core system configuration tasks.
• Working with UI policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules and client scripts.
• Adding and administering users, groups and roles.
• Creating work-flow activities and approvals.
• Personalizing and creating forms and fields for the various roles and groups to target company requirements.
• Enrichment of Service Portal and developing new catalogue items and fulfillment workflows.
• Development and integration of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical and process documentation.
• Establishing and maintaining CMDB; managing data with import sets, update sets and transform maps.
• Adhere to established testing, change management, problem management and communication guidelines.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• At least 3 years of professional experience with Telco OSS systems.
• Experience in software design and implementation.
• Good experience with Java and JavaScript.
• Experience delivering modern UI solutions (Angular, React).
• Ability to analyze requirements and build efficient front-end solutions.
• Knowledge of REST / SOAP, JMS, Kafka, WSDL.
• Good experience with MySQL and MSSQL.
• Understanding of Telecom Hardware & Software Inventory Systems.
• Knowledge of inventory lifecycle.
• Experience with telecom provisioning & planning tools and BSS/OSS processes.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (Routers, Switches, PON, Ethernet, HFC, POTS, AD).
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux.
• Focus on performance optimization and user experience.
• Proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge in service areas like (Internet, TV, Mobile and Fixed telephony.
• IP address management IP V4 and IP V6 AD.
• Experience in Health Check, Root Cause Analysis and error prevention.
• Experienced in implementation and customization of ITSM processes.
