General duties

• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Own technology projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Foster collaboration across teams and with stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards while driving innovation within the team.
• Actively participate in SAFe events to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring timely delivery
• Adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Expertise in Agile, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
• Adaptability to shifting priorities
• Problem-solving under pressure
• Encouraging innovation and creativity within teams
• Relevant certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), or ITIL are preferred.
