For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for - Software Implementation Specialist with Dutch (Hybrid).

*Lead new client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to our software solutions;
*Build strong relationships through face-to-face meetings to encourage product adoption and engagement;
*Track and manage customer progress from initial setup to full license activation;
*Provide expert advice on best practices and help clients optimize their use of our products;
*Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system;
*Quickly troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinating with internal teams when needed.

*Fluent in Dutch, with excellent verbal and written skills;
*Two years’ experience in client support or BPO roles, ideally in tech or software industries;
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
*Strong communicator with excellent organizational and project management skills;
*Comfortable working with CRM platforms and managing client cases or tickets;
*Customer-focused and consultative, with the ability to analyze data to improve client outcomes.
