For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Sports Apparel Customer Service Advisor with German or French. As part of this exciting project, you will represent a world-renowned sports apparel brand, assisting customers and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

*Become the trusted point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support via phone, email, and chat;
*Guide customers through their shopping journey by assisting with product information, orders, deliveries, returns, and after-sales inquiries;
*Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions that create a positive and memorable experience;
*Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions using internal systems and tools;
*Contribute to a seamless customer experience by following quality standards and best practices;
*Work closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence.

*Fluency in German or French, along with a good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or a customer-facing role is considered an advantage;
*Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people;
*Ability to multitask and confidently manage customer inquiries across different communication channels;
*Strong digital literacy and eagerness to learn new systems and technologies;
*A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
