For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Sportswear Customer Support Representative with French or German or Dutch or Spanish.


*Deliver outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone;
*Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and after-sales inquiries related to a leading sports brand;
*Identify customer needs and provide fast, effective, and customer-focused solutions;
*Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems;
*Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey by following company standards and procedures;
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.


*Fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Spanish and very good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, retail, or a similar role is considered an advantage;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
*Ability to manage inquiries across multiple communication channels efficiently;
*Good computer skills and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems;
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

*8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, with 2 days off per week;
