Conduct demand analysis and capacity planning to ensure delivery reliability of materials and/or parts, for plants assigned.

Follow processes, use methods and systems for demand planning to meet business requirements.

Analyze sales leads and contract information from sales areas, conduct demand planning.

Derive capacity plans for production resources, and develop and implement measures based on analyses.

Eliminate internal and external capacity bottleneck and report to accountable Manager for escalation if necessary.

Support the Manager to coordinate with other departments, to ensure alignment of demand and capacity planning strategies.
