Responsible for the operational management of internal assembly within the Standard Products and Service Center Sofia, considering technical and economic requirements
Develop and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence
Establish efficient organizational structures and processes
Assembly of fixtures/production equipment/grippers according to drawings and customer standards ("guiding principles") or assembly guidelines
Ensure on-time delivery of quality products
Setting pneumatic components (pressure regulators, dampers, sensors, etc.) to ensure process-safe operation
Repairing production tools under supervision from the site supervisor
Assisting with fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
Adjusting and verifying parameters
Conducting test runs on equipment and documenting results
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety measures according to OHS guidelines
Coordinate resource planning for projects and service assignments
Technical diploma in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanic, metals technology, or equivalent
First experience in plant construction or assembly of components, groups, or complex systems
Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel), SAP
Leadership experience managing medium-sized teams
Knowledge of occupational health & safety standards
Willingness for international travel (~10%), valid driver’s license and fitness for air travel
Good knowledge of German and ideally English (at least B1) is advantageous
