Lead and supervise the team during outdoor mechanical installation commissioning
Monitor assembly orders and coordinate personnel deployment with site management
Train employees on safety regulations and accident prevention
Plan and organize assembly trips, including cost monitoring
Support and coordinate technicians both professionally and personnel-wise
Provide capacities for current projects and ensure resource availability
Lead, motivate, and conduct employee discussions to set goals
Plan and implement further training measures

Technical education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial mechanic, metals technology, or equivalent, or vocational training in a metalworking profession (e.g., toolmaker or industrial mechanic)
Further training as a technician or master craftsman is a plus
Extensive experience in plant construction, especially in automotive suppliers
Proven outdoor assembly and international project experience
Knowledge of machining, manufacturing processes, and materials science
Familiar with health & safety regulations
Measuring, marking out, filing, sawing, drilling, threading, fitting
Operating machine tools (lathes, milling machines, grinders)
Mechanical assembly and inspection of components/systems
Interpreting technical drawings and pneumatic diagrams
Strong organizational skills with proven leadership abilities and Experience managing medium-sized teams
Good PC skills (MS Office – Teams, Outlook, Excel), SAP, 3D viewer software
High willingness to travel internationally (~90% of working time)
German or English (at least B1 level)
