For one of our clients, a leading company in the multinational market, we are seeking:
Team Leader (iGaming sector)
• Report directly to the Studio Manager and work closely with the Head of Staff Training and Development.
• Ensure that all existing and newly hired staff are properly assessed, coordinated, and supported.
• Build an inspiring and motivating team environment while setting clear goals aligned with the company’s culture and KPIs.
• Guarantee that all regulatory and contractual standards are consistently met and exceeded.
• Act as an ambassador of the company and maintain effective communication channels.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders while upholding high game standards.

• Proactive attitude and ability to build positive and engaging relationships with team members.
• Active contribution to the company’s growth and success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent business communication in both English and Bulgarian.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gambling or Casino industry.
• Willingness to work on-site and in a shift-based system.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365.
