For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales, driving revenue growth and digital transformation with strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for - Technical Implementation Consultant with Portuguese (Hybrid).


*Lead new clients through a seamless onboarding journey, setting them up for long-term success with our software;
*Develop trusted, long-lasting partnerships through face-to-face meetings and regular client engagement;
*Track and support customers throughout their lifecycle — from initial setup to full license activation;
*Act as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices and optimization strategies that maximize product value;
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system;
*Proactively identify and resolve issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions.


*Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
*At least 2 years of experience in client support, BPO, or customer-facing roles, preferably in tech or software environments;
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
*A highly organized and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently;
*Experience using CRM systems and handling customer cases or support tickets;
*A customer-centric, analytical approach, with a passion for improving client experience and outcomes.


*Monday-Friday standard working hours (hybrid model);
