Role insights:

• Design and Development of TIBCO Interfaces: Implement TIBCO-based interfaces for seamless system integration.
• Planning and Implementation of Releases: Manage monthly corporate releases and scope.
• Unit and Regression Testing: Develop and automate unit and regression tests for TIBCO solutions.
• Service Version Updates for ESB: Manage CMS and ESB-DP updates.
• Automation of Monitoring: Automate ESB infrastructure and business process monitoring.
• Incident Analysis Support: Assist in resolving incidents and handling failed flow reporting in TFM.
• Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Work with an international, agile team.
• Documentation: Create and maintain appropriate documentation.
• On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for EAI/ESB issues.

What makes you unique:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software development and system integration projects.
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO technologies (BusinessWorks/BWCE, EMS, File Adapters) in enterprise environments.
• Strong Java development skills and experience designing REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of integration architectures, messaging concepts, and process automation.
• Experience with requirements analysis and technical specifications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English (B2/C1); additional A1 Group language is a plus.
