For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state-
of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking
for – Training Specialist with German and English.
*Assist with onboarding new hires through process training;
*Spot opportunities for alignment and consistency across regions;
*Ensure timely incorporation of training with clear schedules;
*Work with Operations to resolve training deficiencies;
*Oversee and address diverse training requirements within the program;
*Evaluate skills and identify areas for improvement;
*Revise training materials to reflect process updates.
*At least 3 years of experience in customer service or complex Backoffice training roles;
*Confident communication in German at B2 level and very good English;
*Extensive experience in delivering training programs;
*Strong presentation and communication abilities;
*Capability to collaborate efficiently with global Operations teams from various locations;
*Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and time management;
*Superior verbal and written communication skills.
