General duties

• Strategy development: support the preparation of the detailed strategy by structuring ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Strategy implementation: work effectively with diverse teams to come up with and implement the best solution and move people and organizations to act
• Business decisions: influence business decisions by synthetizing clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Change management: Be a role model and drive the change in the organization by establishing trust-based relationships, communicating efficiently with all audiences and ensuring the proper involvement and understanding of colleagues related to the transformation

Requirements

• Curiosity and motivation to develop in the banking industry
• Ability to structure and resolve complex problems
• Proactive, impact-driven personality type
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional experience in consultancy or in the banking industry
• Technical skills - professional business English and ability to work with MS Office tools
