For one of our clients - a company providing professional BPO services worldwide since 2014, connecting clients with local talent to ensure seamless communication and successful entry into the European market, we are looking for – Travel Services Sales Support Specialist with Danish (Remote).
*Engage with potential and existing guests through inbound and outbound calls to drive new bookings;
*Identify customer needs and confidently recommend the most suitable vacation homes;
*Present property options, pricing, and availability in a compelling and persuasive manner;
*Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maximizing sales opportunities;
*Proactively promote and upsell additional services;
*Support guests with booking adjustments, payment solutions, discount offers, and stay extensions to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
*Fluent in Danish with strong English communication skills;
*Confident and persuasive communicator with a natural sales approach;
*Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets;
*Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills;
*Previous experience in sales, travel, hospitality, or call center environment is an advantage;
*Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented setting.
