For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced
sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for a Voice
Communication Agent with German (HYBRID).
*Provide high-quality voice support to customers, assisting with inquiries related to mobile
services, billing, and technical issues;
*Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions;
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to offer
accurate information to customers;
*Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company guidelines and performance metrics;
*Document customer interactions and feedback in system for future reference and quality assurance.
*Proficiency in German (B2-C1 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
*Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications or mobile
services industry;
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently;
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality;
*Familiarity with mobile operator services, products, and billing systems is an advantage;
*Office location – good transport links and close to the metro;
*Work from home, day shifts;
