Your daily routine would include:

• Accepting customer orders, checking them for completeness and correctness.
• Actively monitoring deadline compliance and ensuring the timely and high-quality provision of services for wholesale customers.
• Ensuring that customer information letters (e.g. order confirmations, completion notifications, etc.) are sent to customers on time, correctly and completely.
• Handling the processing of service cancellations.

We’ll know you can make it, if you have:

• Good communication skills in German (B1, B2).
• The customer in focus, but you always have the interests of the company in mind.
• Curiosity for new topics and desire to continuously develop your professional qualifications.
• Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking, you also understand complex contexts quickly.
• Knowledge of the current technologies and in the telecommunication business.
• General experience in using MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
