Your mission
Create memorable customer experiences and become a trusted ambassador for a leading international brand.
As a Brand Experience Specialist, you will support customers through phone, email, and live chat, helping them throughout their shopping journey. From answering pre-purchase questions to resolving post-order concerns, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with pre-purchase and post-purchase inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
• Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Contribute to a seamless and personalized customer experience.

• Advanced level of Spanish or Dutch.
• Very good command of English.
• Completed high school diploma.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Positive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns.
• Full-time availability and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but strong communication skills and
a customer-oriented attitude are equally valued.
