Deveo specializes in lead generation in the Telco & Broadcast industry. We help technology solution providers connect with global Communication Service Providers through high-quality contact data and targeted outreach campaigns.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and curious Email & Outreach Manager to take ownership of our email and automation workflows and drive continuous improvement across our processes.

This is not just an execution role. We’re looking for someone who brings ideas, challenges the status quo, and helps build smarter, more efficient ways of working. If you enjoy combining hands-on mass email and messaging execution with process improvement and strategic thinking, this role is for you!
 

What You’ll Do

     Outreach Campaign Management

• Own the end-to-end execution of email and automated outreach campaigns across multiple channels (including setup, targeting, testing, sending, and reporting)
• Work with CRM, Excel, and data enrichment tools to ensure accurate targeting and high-quality data
• Analyze campaign performance and turn key metrics into actionable insights
• Continuously improve results through testing and optimization

    Process, Automation & Tools

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows efficiency
• Suggest and implement better tools, automation, and processes
• Help reduce manual work and scale automated operations
• Stay up to date with trends, new tools, and best practices (newsletters, LinkedIn, etc.) and share insights with the team

    Deliverability & Performance

• Ensure optimal email deliverability (configuration, domain reputation, authentication such as SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and compliance with best practices)
• Monitor and improve key deliverability metrics (bounce rate, spam rate, open rates, blacklists)
• Continuously improve deliverability practices to maximize inbox placement and campaign performance

    Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure campaign success
• Collaborate closely with the CRM Manager to contribute to data quality updates
• Support campaign execution when needed
• Manage SMS reminders for events communications

What We’re Looking For

·       Fluent English (written & spoken)
·       Previous experience in email campaigns, automation tools, and CRM
·       Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and multiple tools
·       Naturally curious, always looking for improvements, and proactive in your approach
·       Enjoy solving problems
·       Ability to work independently
·       Excellent attention to detail
·       Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines

Working Hours
Availability required: Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm CET (full-time or part-time).
Remote or hybrid, depending on your location.

Compensation
Freelance position. Rate to be discussed based on experience.
