This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lozenets for a Talent Scout. The Talent Scout will be responsible for identifying promising candidates on Instagram and inviting them to participate in the competition. 
Daily tasks include searching for perfect candidates for the show, using personalised strategies to present the opportunity to clients, managing the negotiation process and building client loyalty. The Talent Scout will play a key role in ensuring the success of Miss Europe Continental's global selection initiatives, identifying exceptional contestants and promoting contacts with agents. 

– Build strong relationships with current and potential contestants, providing them with support and guidance throughout the competition process.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive contestant experience and successful execution of beauty competitions.
– Address any concerns or inquiries from contestants in a professional and timely manner.
 

– Interests in marketing, communications, fashion, or related field preferred
– Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
– Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using Instagram and other social media platforms for marketing and communication purposes.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals effectively.
– Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a genuine passion for fashion and beauty.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
