We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Development and implementation of the brand strategy
Generation of product and communication concepts
Brand communication development – work with advertising agencies, production houses, design and research agencies
Monitoring and analysis of categories, trends, competitors, and consumer attitudes on the focus markets
Sales and brand performance analysis, incl. P&L analysis
Organization of consumer research
Close collaboration with the Research & Development, Production and Local Marketing teams
Portfolio management and pricing strategy
Budget monitoring, invoice and legal documents management
Project management

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar
Min. 1,5-2 years of experience in Consumer marketing or Product development in the FMCG industry
English proficiency – both written and spoken
Excellent MS Office skills
Experience in the presentation and argumentation of ideas/strategy/concepts
Driver’s license
