Key responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of the brand strategy

• Generation of product and communication concepts
• Brand communication development – work with advertising agencies, production houses, design and research agencies
• Monitoring and analysis of categories, trends, competitors, and consumer attitudes on the focus markets
• Sales and brand performance analysis, incl. P&L analysis
• Organization of consumer research
• Close collaboration with the Research & Development, Production and Local Marketing teams
• Portfolio management and pricing strategy
• Budget monitoring, invoice and legal documents management
• Project management

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar

• Min. 1,5-2 years of experience in Consumer marketing or Product development in the FMCG industry
• English proficiency – both written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Experience in the presentation and argumentation of ideas/strategy/concepts
• Driver’s license
