Ficosota is seeking a Research and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team within the Food devision - Bruschette Maretti, Kubeti, My Motto, Mr.Stix, Livity

Role Overview

As an R&D Specialist at Ficosota Food, you will support the development of new products by implementing innovations that improve quality, optimize cost, and enhance manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quality control methods for new products and the raw materials used to produce them. Analyze and optimize product cost, ensuring an effective balance between cost and quality.
• Lead the creation, testing, and improvement of new and existing products with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation process for new products in production and contribute to preparing each product dossier (formulation).
• Build and maintain relationships with scientific laboratories and industry organizations.
• Monitor market trends for raw materials and competitive products, including pricing, quality, and availability.
• Perform laboratory tests using alternative raw materials and components.
• Participate in managing industrial testing processes.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate technical documentation related to product manufacturing.
