About the Role
We are looking for a talented Quantitative Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven models, analytical tools, and predictive algorithms. The ideal candidate combines strong mathematical and statistical foundations with programming and analytical skills to uncover patterns and drive business or trading decisions.

 
Key Responsibilities

Conduct quantitative research and develop mathematical models based on large datasets
Design and implement predictive algorithms using statistical and machine learning methods
Collaborate with engineers and analysts to validate and optimize models
Analyze historical data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, data-driven manner
Stay up to date with the latest developments in quantitative analysis, AI, and finance
 
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience with Python, R, C++, or MATLAB
Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and linear algebra
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and data analysis tools
Experience with data visualization and working with large datasets
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
 
Nice to Have

Previous experience in financial modeling, sports analytics, or algorithmic trading
Knowledge of SQL and data engineering concepts
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a quantitative discipline
