Export Santé Service is a French company specializing in the marketing of medical devices to public and private hospitals, as well as to healthcare professionals, veterinarians, nurses, and others.

We are a recognized player in the international distribution of new and certified, warranty-backed refurbished medical equipment (CE and ISO), consumables, and maintenance contracts.

As part of our business development, we operate in two-person teams consisting of a sales and communication specialist paired with a technician experienced in biomedical equipment maintenance.

Our goal in Bulgaria is to establish a new team of this kind to facilitate the work of healthcare professionals and improve the quality of patient care.

As part of the expansion of its export operations, Export Santé Service—a company specializing in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and after-sales service of new and certified refurbished medical equipment—is recruiting an experienced Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities

Working in partnership with the Export Agent responsible for the geographic area, you will serve a client base comprising:

Public and private hospitals, specialized clinics, dental practices, medical practices, and healthcare professionals.

Your duties will include:

Installation and commissioning of medical equipment; preventive and corrective maintenance; fault diagnosis; on-site or workshop repairs; safety and compliance checks; user training; drafting service reports; and developing after-sales service (SAV) activities in your sector.

Technical training in biomedical engineering, electrotechnology, electronics, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years' experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair is mandatory. Proficiency with hospital and dental equipment. High level of autonomy and organizational skills. Excellent customer relations skills. Driver's license preferred.

Position Details

Based in Djibouti; permanent local residency required; frequent travel throughout the country; close collaboration with the sector's Export Agent.

Compensation

Attractive remuneration based on commissions for services performed:

Between 5% and 30% of billed labor costs, depending on the nature, complexity, and profitability of the assignments. Potential for additional income linked to the growth of after-sales service activities. Potential for advancement to Regional Technical Manager roles.
